Pastor Ronald Roth

Throughout his public ministry Pastor Roth  demonstrated a commitment to outreach and stewardship ministry. He has    served four congregations as pastor: Good Shepherd, Beaver Dam, WI; Grace, Waupun, WI; Gethsemane, Omaha, NE; and St. Lucas, Milwaukee, WI. He led three of them through capital expansion programs. For seventeen years he served our Wisconsin Ev. Lutheran  Synod as administrator of Christian     giving, establishing a major giving ministry and leading three national campaigns. He was instrumental in developing     a planned giving ministry which after twelve years is blessing various ministries  with  annual  gifts  of $10-12 million in current donations and matured bequests. Another $400+ million in estate gifts have been arranged. He is a graduate of Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary, Mequon, WI. Ron and his wife Arlene were married in 1964. Arlene taught in WELS schools for 29 years. They live in the Milwaukee, WI area and are members of St. Paul Lutheran, Muskego, WI. They  are blessed with three children and four grandchildren.

Pastor Kenneth Gawrisch

The Gawrisch family left Grace congregation in Waupun in 1975. Our next    home    church    was    Immanuel Church and school in Waukegan,  IL. Our boys, Kurt and Joel, attended our Christian day school there. Mrs. Gawrisch, Sue, taught various grades in our day school for the 15 years we lived there.  In 1989 we  moved to  Franklin, W I. Here we served at St. Paul's church until 2006. Sue taught grades 3-5 at our day school. She played organ for worship and choir accompaniment all these years.

Our boys attended Northwestern Prep, Watertown, WI, for high school years. Kurt went on to graduate from college at Mankato, MN and post grad work in psychology at Concordia, Riverforest, IL. His initial psychology work led him to Chicago, IL. Six years ago Kurt became an officer in the Chicago Police Department. He is married to Jeanette nee Oakes and has two children, Amy, 5 and Andrew, 3. Our son, Joel, attended Northwestern College, Watertown, WI, and Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary in Mequon, WI. He tutored for two years in Saginaw, MI. Currently he serves as pastor at Christ Lutheran in North St. Paul, MN. Joel married Siri, nee Peterson. They have two sons, Grant (5) and Silas (1). Siri works out of her home office through the Dow Chemical Company of Midland, MI.

Pastor Gawrisch retired from the ministry at the end of 2005. Sue retires from the teaching ministry in May of 2006. On the weekend of April 29th-30th, 2006 we move into our new home at 8849 Lake Pointe Circle in Franklin, Wl53132.
